Metro Archives presents The Right of Way: How Our Rivers, Rails, and Roads Transported American Democracy. Join us for a free afternoon of history as our speakers guide you down the roads, rails, and waterways that helped shape our nation. Explore how the history of transportation helped pave the way for American democracy, civic participation, and everyday life. The event will be held at the Nashville Public Library Main Library on Church Street. Additional details, including the speaker lineup and location within the library, will be announced soon.
