Welcome to a ceremony of rest with Rachel and Claudia at Studio Mā. In the midst of all pre-Christmas busyness we consciously take a moment to pause, to be, to rest - together in the circle.This evening is an invitation to turn your senses inward, honoring the rhythms of your body and the season we are in. Through gentle movement, deep relaxation, and the stillness of yoga nidra, we create a sanctuary where rest becomes an act of self-compassion and renewal. Let this evening be an opportunity to restore and reconnect, allowing the layers of tension to gently dissolve as we ground ourselves in shared presence.
