To all those who identify as a Mother, no matter what age, or phase of this journey,
this is an invitation for you to tend to you (your whole and wonderful, but perhaps exhausted, self), and unwind into ease through spacious, quiet and joyful rest.
Returning to Holwell Holistic Retreat Centre for the forth time, this has become a special annual Autumnal offering that Carolyn LOVES sharing.
Expect nurturing practices, reflective journaling, restorative care and energising mind-body-soul food - and delicious actual food too!
Friday and Saturday candlelit Restorative Yoga, will offer nervous system rest and regulation for your whole being. Think blankets, bolsters, eye-pillows, gentle music and supportive guidance for you to take what you need to (re)connect to you.

Saturday and Sunday morning will explore an intuitive yoga practice, in movement and still places. This is about softening edges, letting go of expectations of what yoga 'should' look like, and leaning into how you FEEL allowing your intuitive mind-body to guide the way.
Just like we find our own way as mothers, practising acceptance, softening and letting be (as hard as this can be at times.)
Everything is optional throughout the retreat.
This is your weekend to look after you, any way you need.
