Join us at St Anne's Chapel in Barnstaple for a Gong Bath Meditation, relax your mind, body and soul. Places are limited so please contact me to book your space.
St Anne's Chaple in Barnstaple, is a beautiful building dating back to the early 14th century with amazing acoustics, perfect for a gong bath meditation.
I really look forward to sharing this event in such a beautiful space!
Please arrive around 6.45pm with your mat/bedding, pillow and blankets and make yourself comfortable for the hour session of healing sounds which will start at 7pm sharp. Please also bring a bottle of water to keep yourself hydrated. And maybe an eye pillow or covering would be nice during our lighter evenings.
Once you are comfortable the session will start with gentle chimes as you are guided into a relaxed state of being. The gong and accompanying sounds are used as a powerful healing tool which can take you on a journey and affects everyone in a different way. Being relaxed and open hearted will bring you deep healing to your mind, body & soul 🦋🤍
