A mid week meditation and a time to connect and share with others, bringing people together to create a community where we let go of ego, embrace friendships, allowing the raw you to unfold and be held in a safe space.The evening will start with a guided meditation followed by a circle time and then a time to share what is coming up at this time. A time to listen to others, resonate and create community. sharing our fears, emotions, traumas and letting it go.
