Purpose of the Forum: To convene a cross-sector group of experts and practitioners to explore what recovery truly means and requires – clinically, structurally, relationally, and spiritually. As San Francisco continues to reshape its public health and housing systems, this forum aims to bring clarity, moral urgency, and a health-centered focus to the conversation on recovery — highlighting both what recovery requires and how we might better define and measure success.
