An altar is more than decoration, it’s a living reminder of your inner path. In this workshop, Jeffrey (200-hr Hatha Yoga Teacher) will guide you in creating a sacred space that reflects your spirit, anchors your intentions, and supports your daily practice. Together, we’ll explore the foundations of altar building, the symbolism of elements and directions, and the personal meaning behind the objects you choose. Through meditation, reflection, and hands-on practice, you’ll design an altar that feels authentic and aliv, whether it’s a full corner in your home or a simple travel altar on a windowsill. We’ll close by blessing our creations in community, leaving you with tools to keep your altar as a source of grounding, inspiration, and connection.
Meet your instructor, Jeffrey:
Jeffrey is a heart-led yoga teacher and spiritual guide offering practices that help people return to center and reconnect with their inner wisdom. After rediscovering yoga during a season of deep healing, Jeffrey began developing Quiet Path Yoga—a soulful, breath-led fusion of Hatha yoga, Qigong, mindfulness, and devotional presence. His teaching invites stillness, softness, and subtle transformation. Drawing from the teachings of Ram Dass, Hafiz, Neem Karoli Baba, and the natural world, Jeffrey holds space for students to feel more alive, more whole, and more in touch with their spirit.
