Among the many sensations you may feel after experiencing a divorce/breakup is shame. To that, we say “shame off you!” There is no shame here, only opportunities to heal and grow!!
Join us every Monday beginning October 13, 2025 as we learn and grow together in our Divore & Breakup Recovery Sessions. You can expect to discuss topics such as navigating change, letting go and communicating effectively among many other topics.
