We’ll begin the evening with 45 minutes of gentle yoga flow—slow, intentional movements to release tension and calm the mind. From there, you’ll be guided into a 45-minute savasana, where you’ll simply rest as waves of healing sound wash over you.
Through the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, a true Sanctuary of Sound is created—inviting deep relaxation, inner balance, and a chance to just breathe.
No experience is necessary—just come as you are and give yourself this gift of peace. 🧘‍♀️💫
Meet your instructor Jacob
Jacob’s journey into yoga practice began in 2020 when he was searching for a way to alleviate lower back pain, sciatica, and general inflexibility in his body. After some period of regular practice, Jacob began to notice more than just changes in his body, but in his mind and heart as well. Yoga has become an essential part of his life! Through Jacob’s healing journey, he has developed a desire to share what he’s learned (and will continue to learn!) along the way. He recently moved into the area from Oklahoma and has felt nothing but loving and welcoming energy from Megan’s Yoga Tribe! His yoga classes are focused around cultivating a restorative and calming space to explore and heal ourselves. He also offers sound baths with his practices with his yoga practices or on their own, specializing in using singing bowls, gongs and chimes to create acoustic binaural beats to entrain the brain and body into a state of calm and rest.
