This workshop explores boundaries as patterns shaped through survival, early attachment, and nervous system learning, not as something you failed to develop.
For many people, saying no once felt unsafe, so over-giving became a way to preserve connection. We explore how guilt, anxiety, and fear often arise when boundaries are challenged, the nervous system cost of chronic over-giving, and how to begin rebuilding boundaries in a way that supports connection without self-abandonment.
This workshop is perfect for you if you:
1. Struggle to say no without guilt, worry, or fear.
2. Feel depleted, resentful, or stretched too thin.
3. Know you need boundaries but feel unsafe setting them.
4. Want to protect your needs without losing connection.
This workshop can be attended on its own and offers clarity and compassion around boundary patterns. When paired with Attachment, Trauma & the Cost of Being Loveable, it provides deeper insight into how attachment patterns shape boundaries and how to begin changing them safely and sustainably.
