Attachment, Trauma & the Cost of Being Loveable
This workshop is perfect for you if you:
1. Want to understand how early attachment and life experiences shape the way you now connect with the world and the people around you.
2. Notice repeating patterns in intimate relationships with yourself or others.
3. Feel anxious, responsible, or overly accommodating in connection.
4. Want clarity and understanding around patterns that no longer serve you.
This workshop can be attended on its own and offers deep insight into attachment and relational dynamics. When paired with The Price of Over-Giving, it provides a richer understanding of how attachment patterns show up as boundary challenges and how to begin changing them with care.
