This trauma-aware workshop explores how early attachment and life experiences shape the way we relate to love, safety, and self-worth in intimate relationships with ourselves and with others. We explore how attachment patterns formed in fear, inconsistency, or emotional absence influence how we connect, how we respond to closeness or distance, and why we may over-give to preserve connection. Through a compassionate lens, you’ll gain insight into your attachment patterns, the nervous system’s role in connection, and why these patterns persist, not as flaws, but as survival strategies.
This workshop is perfect for you if you:
1. Want to understand how early attachment and life experiences shape the way you now connect with the world and the people around you.
2. Notice repeating patterns in intimate relationships with yourself or others.
3. Feel anxious, responsible, or overly accommodating in connection.
4. Want clarity and understanding around patterns that no longer serve you.
This workshop can be attended on its own and offers deep insight into attachment and relational dynamics. When paired with The Price of Over-Giving, it provides a richer understanding of how attachment patterns show up as boundary challenges and how to begin changing them with care.
