Joine Heather and Hugh as they explore the powerful two-way relationship between your gut and your brain - and how digestion, mood, stress, and inflammation are deeply interconnected. Learn how the vagus nerve and enteric nervous system link your emotional state to your digestive function, and why chronic stress can quietly disrupt your gut health.
We’ll explore how gut inflammation can influence brain fog, anxiety, and low mood, along with the importance of omega-3 balance in regulating inflammation.
