THE POWER OF YOU : A One-Day Wellness Journey

The Power of You is a transformative day designed to help you reconnect with your true self and awaken your inner strength. Led by a somatic practitioner, channeler, and three Reiki practitioners, this event offers a mix of workshops, somatic movement, mindfulness practices, and energy healing. Starting with intention-setting and a heart-opening cacao ceremony, the day continues with somatic integration, followed by a workshop and a panel discussion focused on self-healing and empowerment. The experience concludes with a sound bath and Reiki circle for deep relaxation.

Journals, cacao, lunch, snacks, and drinks are provided to nourish both the body and mind.
