Imagine this:
You arrive at The Darwin Hotel courtyard as the sun begins to set. Soft lighting hangs from the trees, the sounds of crystal singing bowls fill the space, and your body slowly settles into calm. For the next two hours, your only responsibility is to breathe, relax, and receive.

September is PCOS Awareness Month 💚 and this month’s Sound Bath Pop-Up at The Darwin Hotel is dedicated to creating a little more space for rest, restoration + community.

On September 27, we’re gathering for an evening designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and simply receive.

Whether you’re navigating your own PCOS journey, supporting someone you love, or looking for an intentional space to rest and connect ; you’re invited. 🌿

This month, I’m also welcoming Jess Pfeffer, founder of SETTLE, who will guide us through a nervous system reset before we settle into our sound bath experience.

We’ll also be joined by local wellness vendors sharing products rooted in holistic living and well-being.

Come take a pause with us. Your mind and body deserve somewhere soft to land. 💚

A 2016 study published in the Journal of Evidence-Based Complementary & Alternative Medicine found that participants experienced significant reductions in tension, anger, fatigue, and depressed mood after participating in a singing bowl meditation session.

Even sitting quietly together in shared calm can have powerful effects on the nervous system. Research in social neuroscience suggests that simply being in a regulated environment with others can support emotional regulation and feelings of safety.

⚠️ Please Note (Health Advisory):

Sound healing is generally safe for most people, but we advise caution for the following individuals:

  • Pregnant individuals (especially in the first trimester) (DO NOT RECOMMEND)
  • Those with a pacemaker or metal implants (DO NOT RECOMMEND)
  • Individuals with epilepsy or seizure disorders (DO NOT RECOMMEND)
  • Those sensitive to loud sounds or prone to migraines ( SITTING AWAY FROM BOWLS CAN HELP)

If this applies to you, we recommend sitting farther from the bowls, bringing earplugs, or consulting your healthcare provider beforehand. Your comfort and safety matter most.

Attention: This experience is not a substitute for medical or mental health care. While sound healing are generally safe, participation is voluntary and should be approached with self-awareness.

Individuals who are pregnant, have epilepsy, metal implants, a pacemaker, or sound sensitivity should consult with their healthcare provider before participating.

By attending and purchases this ticket, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk and release the facilitator(s) from any liability related to physical, emotional, or energetic effects.
