The Postpartum Return to Work - Creative Leadership Training

Returning to work after childbirth is one of the most significant transitions an employee can experience, yet many workplace leaders have never been trained on how to support it effectively. During Maternal Mental Health Month, The Postpartum Return to Work Training brings HR leaders, managers, healthcare professionals, and advocates together for a creative learning experience exploring the postpartum return to work.

The event includes networking, a 60-minute creative leadership training, and a panel discussion with experts in maternal health and workplace leadership. Participants will gain practical insight into supporting employees returning from parental leave while strengthening workplace culture and retention.
