About this event

Brighty People presents: The People and Culture Forum - Hosted from the Q11 Building at Quorum Park.

Each session we will explore different topics relating to employee productivity and satisfaction and organisational development.

You will work through activities in groups, giving you chance to connect with other attendees. There will also be time for chatting, networking and drinking coffee at the start of the event.

( 9am breakfast, 9.30-11.30 workshop).

The topic this month is: “EI alongside AI – the human element of empowering all brains to thrive at work.”

Session Overview
During this interactive session, we’ll explore how emotional intelligence underpins effective workplaces in the age of AI, and how organisations can create environments where neurodivergent and neurotypical employees can thrive.

Learning Objectives :

1. Why emotional intelligence is the foundation of effective work — including neurodivergent experiences.
2. Why emotional safety must come before emotional skills.
3. How to design environments that support people to thrive, rather than trying to change individuals.

This network is for people who are passionate about employee satisfaction and productivity and interested in the science and psychology behind having an engaged and productive workforce.
