The Parent Edit hosts a wellness morning for prenatal women at Re:Mind

In collaboration with Re:Mind studio, we are delighted to be hosting our first wellness event for prenatal women at this beautiful space in Ecclestone Yards, a stone's throw from Victoria station.

On Sunday October 20th from 9am - 12pm we have curated an exclusive wellness event for just 16 prenatal women to focus on their wellbeing during this sacred and magical time before birth.

Join us for a nourishing morning under the expert guidance of Christine Vogler (Soundbath expert at Re:Mind and mother), Ciara McGinley @finding.quiet (Meditation practitioner) and fertility expert and nutritionist for @bare.biology @canelle_nutrition in the beautiful surrounding of the tranquil @remindstudio.

Upon arrival you will get a chance to relax and enjoy complimentary refreshments while you hear from Uta (Canelle Nutrition) on all things pregnancy health. Then we will head upstairs to the *dreamy* studio for a soundbath session led by Christine from Re:Mind before following onto a meditative practice and intention setting from @finding.quiet .

To finish off the event you’ll get a chance to head downstairs for further refreshments and chat with the fellow attendees and ask any further questions you may have to our experts before heading off into the rest of your weekend restored, nourished and glowing.
