Imagine relaxing on your yoga mat, surrounded by curious cats & kittens as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and chimes create a peaceful soundscape. Some kitties may curl up beside you, some may quietly explore (or not so quietly 😂), and others might just provide the perfect soundtrack with their happy little purrs.
Every session is delightfully unique.
✨ What to Expect
10 minutes to settle in, meet the cats, and get cozy
40 minutes of whimsical sound healing with Stephanie—and perhaps a few feline assistants!
10 minutes to gently return, soak it all in, and enjoy extra kitty cuddles before heading home
🌟 Good to Know
• Ages 5 and up are welcome. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Please bring a yoga mat (preferably one you won't mind collecting a little kitty fur—or an occasional tiny scratch).
• A limited number of chairs are available for those who need one.
• Wear comfortable clothing and bring an open heart. No previous sound bath experience is necessary.
