Seminar Session: Sabotage During Organisational Change
Host: John Bullock

Info: This session explores why people sometimes resist, undermine or sabotage change within an organisation, even when the change is intended to improve performance, culture or working practices.

The session will look at the human side of change, including fear, uncertainty, loss of control, poor communication, mistrust and resistance to new ways of working. It will explore how sabotage can appear in both obvious and subtle ways—from negativity and disengagement to withholding information, spreading doubt or deliberately slowing progress.

The speech will also focus on recognising the warning signs, understanding what sits behind resistant behaviour, and how leaders and employees can respond constructively rather than allowing resistance to derail change.

The key message is simple: people don’t always resist change itself—they often resist what they believe change will mean for them.

🕑: 11:30 AM - 12:15 PM
Office Management Workshop hosted by Hana Gray
Host: Hana Gray

Info: Join Hana Gray for an interactive workshop where the conversation is shaped by the people in the room.

Together you'll explore the challenges, trends and opportunities shaping Office Management today, sharing ideas, experiences and practical solutions with professionals who truly understand the role.

Whether the discussion turns to AI, hybrid working, budgets, workplace culture or something none of us saw coming, you'll leave with fresh perspectives, practical ideas and new connections.

Because sometimes the most valuable conversations aren't planned.

They're the ones that happen when you bring the right people together.

Competing Priorities, Shifting Deadlines Zero Time: 3 Frameworks to Prioritise
Host: Zoë Thompson

Info: Everything lands on your desk - competing priorities, last-minute requests, shifting deadlines. You're juggling it all, and yet, the important work still hasn't moved forward.

You need to know where to focus when everything feels urgent.

In this session, you'll learn three practical frameworks that help you audit your time, adapt your energy, and make intentional decisions about where your focus goes. These are tools I developed over 20 years of police leadership in high-pressure environments and refined through years of working with professionals who are brilliant at delivering results but exhausted from constant firefighting.

You'll leave with frameworks you can apply immediately and a downloadable workbook to map your own time.

AI workflows that save Office Managers hours every week

Creating reports and presentations
Drafting executive communications
Improving day-to-day productivity through practical AI workflows
