Hi, I’m Andy - a dedicated chef with a lifelong passion for authentic pizza. My culinary journey began early, honing my craft in fast-paced kitchens across hotels, restaurants, and catering teams.
Today, I’m bringing together years of kitchen expertise and my love for real Italian pizza with my own mobile setup. Operating out of a vintage pizza van fitted with high-performance Gozney Dome ovens, I deliver freshly fired, top-tier slices to markets, festivals, and private events across Dundee, Angus, Fife, and Perth & Kinross.
As part of my commitment to authentic traditions, I created The No Pineapple Pizza Project - a showcase of true Italian flavours, craftsmanship, and simple, high-quality ingredients.
