Join me for this extra special, 3 hour class with intensive discussion and activity on the cervical spine aka THE NECK. We will focus on asana for health, alignment for pranayama/ meditation and accessing the "top" of Tadasana. Workshop is loaded with all you need to know for important practice and teaching of the neck and shoulder areas.
~~~ We will unpack with a 1 hour experiential anatomy (with slide shows and practice of healthy movements) followed by asana, restorative, pranayama and a short meditation practice. Includes a tea break and a nice sound bath with savasana.
Open to all levels and styles of teaching. Comprehensive understanding of the cervical complex region helps you get the most out of your yoga practice.
