The Mirror: A New Moon Breathwork Journey
Join us in person for The Mirror, a refreshing New Moon Breathwork Journey designed to help you reset and reconnect. This is an evening of conscious connected holotropic breathwork, guided by Elliott Rector and set to the original music of Carly Jo Carson.
What to expect: a full conscious connected breathwork journey — no prior experience necessary.
Consider bringing: Comfortable clothing (layers), blanket, sheepskin, eye mask, water/tea, journal, pen and an open mind.
Mats and bolsters will be provided.
We gather on the new moon — the darkest night of the lunar cycle, and the quietest. This is the space before the next beginning. The new moon is also a natural invitation for the nervous system to rest — the body, like the sky, is invited to be still before it begins again. It's a fitting night for Mirror Journey Work: a unique, ever-evolving improvisational practice that weaves breath, sound, and the wisdom of the group into a living mirror — revealing who we are, and how our gifts serve the greater fabric of existence. Our journey offers a pathway to awaken the heart, ignite creativity and purpose, and connect with the divine, without any external substances. Together we'll witness the beauty that continually arises within life's natural cycles of expansion and contraction, death and rebirth — and use the dark of the moon to set down what no longer serves, ahead of what's next.
Elliott trained directly with Carly Jo in The Mirror and carries her lineage into his own facilitation. He is an executive coach and wilderness guide who works with leaders at inflection points — through 1:1 coaching, corporate leadership engagements, and Bodega Ridge, his flagship men's wilderness retreat.
