🐦 Join us on a new take on the traditional guided bird walk— one that focuses less on identifying species and more on observing behaviors. Stop, listen, and learn. Be in the moment! Birding is not only a great way to feel more connected to the outdoors, but also a mindfulness tool that can unlock great mental health benefits. We will have some binoculars to share, but please bring your own if you have them.
For birders of all ages, beginners to advanced. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
