🎭 The Masks We Wear: Coming Home to Your Authentic Self
Throughout our lives, we take on many roles—the caretaker, the achiever, the peacekeeper, the people-pleaser, the strong one. While these roles often serve a purpose, they can sometimes distance us from who we truly are beneath the expectations of others.
Join us for an experiential workshop where we’ll gently explore the masks we wear and what becomes possible when we begin to set them down.
Through reflective journaling, theater-inspired exercises, movement exploration, group discussion, and a deeply restorative sound meditation, you’ll be invited to examine the stories, identities, and patterns that may no longer serve you.
This workshop is not about changing who you are. It’s about remembering who you were before the world told you who you needed to be.
✨ During this experience, you’ll explore:
• The roles and identities you carry
• How these roles influence your relationships and choices
• What parts of yourself may be longing to be seen
• Authentic self-expression in a supportive community
• Rest and integration through sound meditation
You do not need any theater experience—just a willingness to be curious and compassionate with yourself.
Come as you are. Leave with a deeper connection to the person you’ve always been beneath the masks. 💜
Trauma-informed, beginner-friendly, and welcoming to all.
