Join Freda and Cindy for an evening of gentle exploration, awareness, and reconnection as we learn to come home to the wisdom of the body.
In our busy lives, it’s easy to become disconnected from ourselves—living in our thoughts, rushing through our days, and missing the signals our bodies are constantly sending. This experience is designed to gently guide you out of your mind and back into your body through simple, accessible practices that are supportive, safe, and welcoming for all levels.
Together, we’ll explore movement, stillness, breath, and awareness in a way that helps you reconnect with yourself and cultivate a deeper sense of presence.
✨ Freda Merck is a Registered Nurse, Reiki Master, trauma-informed yoga teacher, certified somatic practitioner, meditation guide, and sound healing practitioner. She will lead you through gentle movement, sound, and Reiki-inspired practices designed to support nervous system regulation and embodied awareness.
✨ Cindy Baker will help you develop a deeper understanding of body awareness, recognize signs of disconnection, and explore practical tools to help you regulate, reconnect, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
