The Longest Light, celebrating the Summer Solstice with an evening of Candlelit Yin & Sound Bath

Step into the golden stillness of the Summer Solstice and join myself and Rabin for a deeply nourishing two-hour Yin Yoga experience, followed by a gloriously nourishing sound bath. Designed to honour the warmth, light, and expansive energy of the season. We’ll begin lying down, arriving gently into the body with guided breathwork and a soft, meditative opening that invites you to connect with the vibrant, fire energy of summer. Through slow, Qi Gong inspired movements, we’ll ease open the joints and awaken a sense of flow before transitioning into gentle somatics and a grounding Yin practice with longer, restorative holds. As the evening softens, you’ll be guided back into stillness, for the most glorious Sound Bath resting in a space of gratitude and quiet reflection. Surrounded by candlelight, flowers, and a carefully curated atmosphere, this is an invitation to pause, replenish, and celebrate the fullness of the season in a calm, intimate setting.
