The Letters of Puppet and Clown: Poetry Launch

Join us in the Night Box for an evening with Puppet, Clown and their various letters (if you’ve ever shared a secret in a dark room, or sat in an audience with the house lights out and wondered “Will this play ever begin?”, then you know what the Night Box is — you’ve been there before). There will be lists; there will be dance; there may be a half-serious thought.

Edie Reaney Chunn is a writer and library worker who lives on the unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) First Nations. In 2025, The Letters of Puppet and Clown was shortlisted for PEN Canada's RBC New Voices Award. Edie enjoys working collaboratively & inefficiently on theatre projects, and other pursuits.
