Service for July 5
St Stephen's Church of Ireland marks the Fifth Sunday after Trinity with a range of music relecting the season. Pitoni's Cantate Domino opens the Service, and the communion setting is Haydn's much loved Little Organ Mass. The communion anthem O for a closer walk with God by Stanford is a tranquil anthem, a spiritual plea for peace. The service is directed by Ven Edgar Swann.

Known fondly as the Pepper Canister due to its very distinctive copper dome, the church was designed by architect John Bowden and completed in 1825.
