About this Event

If your mind races at night or deep rest feels out of reach, this session is designed to help you switch off fully and sink into peaceful sleep.
Through guided group hypnosis, immersive sound, and subconscious relaxation, you’ll experience a shift from restlessness to deep stillness.

This is a space to let the body unwind, the mind quieten, and the nervous system reset.
It’s not a talk or a workshop, but a full-body, subconscious experience designed to guide you into the state your body naturally knows how to reach: deep, restorative rest.


What Is The Hypnosis Experience?

The Hypnosis Experience blends professional hypnotherapy with immersive sound delivered through individual headphones.
Each participant lies comfortably on their own mat, pillow, and blanket while being guided through breath, body awareness, and soothing hypnotic suggestion.
The synchronised audio creates a collective field of calm that helps your subconscious ease out of wakefulness and into the rhythms of deep sleep.

As your mind drifts and your body softens, tension dissolves, and the system prepares for deep rest.


What To Expect

During the one-hour session, you’ll be guided through:

Breath and Somatic Grounding to calm the body and slow the mind.
Group Hypnosis Journey to quiet thoughts and invite deep relaxation.
Sound and Frequency Layering with gentle tones to support sleep waves.
Integration Rest time to let your system fully surrender to stillness.

Each experience is unique. Some drift in and out of awareness, others feel a wave of calm or heaviness as the body releases. All that’s needed is your willingness to rest and allow.

Before You Arrive

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time to settle in.

Wear comfortable clothing. We provide mats, pillows, blankets, and high-quality headphones for your comfort.
Bring a water bottle and an open mind.

Space is limited to maintain an intimate, restful environment.
