Tampa Bay is blessed with a plethora of spiritual practices including the very popular practice of Reiki, a complementary health practice to facilitate a "universal life force energy" and assist individuals wanting to reduce stress, promote relaxation and activate the body’s natural healing responses. Reiki Master Teacher Trevor Williams will join us to explain the origin and history of this practice, the core principles, what sessions are like, why it is considered a spiritual practice and not a religion, and how it has become not only popular among the American population but is offered by hospitals, clinics, and wellness centers throughout the country. About Trevor L. Williams
Trevor is a Usui Holy Fire III Reiki Master Teacher who has been in Reiki studies for more than eight years. Trevor has a multitude of students and clients who have benefitted from Reiki with direct, positive impacts on their lives physically, energetically, mentally and spiritually.
