Welcome to the HEAL Conference CLEVELAND
Info: Natalie Herbick is thrilled to be the emcee of the first Heal Conference Cleveland. As a wellness advocate she dedicated to empowering individuals to become the CEO of their own health. Her passion for preventive wellness is deeply personal: in 2023, she publicly shared her early-stage breast cancer diagnosis, choosing transparency as a way to educate, support, and inspire others facing similar journeys.
Her commitment to proactive health is also shaped by her family’s experience with cancer. She lost her mother to ovarian cancer, and her father—diagnosed with leukemia—continues to do well today. Through these experiences, Natalie developed an unwavering belief in the power of prevention and self-advocacy.
At the core of her message is a simple but transformative truth: while nothing replaces professional medical care, individuals can dramatically influence their long-term health by embracing preventive practices, understanding their bodies, and taking an active role in their wellne

Beyond Survival: Reclaiming the Body After Trauma
Info: Trauma doesn’t live only in the mind—it imprints itself at the cellular level, shaping how the body responds long after the threat has passed. Survival mode is designed to protect us in moments of crisis, but when it becomes a long-term state, it quietly drives fatigue, inflammation, dysregulation, and repeated patterns we struggle to break.
This session explores how trauma is stored in the body, why breaking generational cycles requires confronting our own internal patterns, and how the body remembers experiences we believe are long behind us. Choosing regulation, resilience, and restoration after trauma isn’t passive—it’s a powerful act of defiance against patterns that no longer serve us.
Because the body keeps the receipts—even the ones we thought were lost.
