Join us for a 2-part experience event as we surf, flow through restorative movements, and experience the soothing embrace of a sound bath.

Sound Bath & Restorative Movement Practice led by J. Han, Modern Mindfulness Instructor and Sound Journey Facilitator.

Surf Therapy Facilitation led by Meg Aquinde, Certified Surf Therapy Facilitator and founder of Making Waves Surf Therapy.

In this circle of women, we gather to restore, ground, and return to balance—held by the ocean, held by each other.

9:00 AM – Welcome & Opening Circle (Dog Beach) led by Meg

• Guided conversations and sharing

9:15 AM – Movement & Stretching

9:30 – 10:15 AM – Surf & Ocean Connection

• Playful ocean time, supported surfing, and water immersion

10:15 – 10:30 AM – Closing Circle & Reflections

• Group gratitude + grounding before transition

10:30 – 11:00 AM – Transition to Closet (4878 Newport Ave, San Diego,92107)

• Light snacks and refreshments

11:45 AM – 1:00 PM – Sound Bath & Restorative Movement Practice led by J.Han

• Deep relaxation through sound healing
• Gentle restorative movement to close the experience
