The Googie Gala

Join us for our annual gala to benefit the mission of the Aurora Historical Society as we celebrate our 120-year anniversary of preserving Aurora's past!
This year's event will feature the era of Googie-style architecture and signage in the Aurora area—like the iconic Northgate sign. This mid-20th century futuristic style is characterized by upswept roofs, bold geometric shapes, neon signage, and Space Age motifs reflecting America's optimism about the future following World War II.
1960s attire encouraged: Think "Rat Pack," Star Trek, the Jetsons, a Pan Am stewardess, and more!
Tickets are $100 and sponsorships start at $250.
