The Gift of Slowing Down

Join us on January 29 from 5:00–7:30 PM in the red yurt for a cozy evening devoted to self-love, reflection, and deep rest. Together we’ll slow down through gentle self care, a nourishing yoga practice, and a calming Yoga Nidra designed to help you reconnect with yourself and restore your energy during the winter season.
Bring your yoga mat! We will have a few available for use if you do not have one.
$40 per person
