Join NAMI Northwoods for Peer-to-Peer, a free 8-week recovery-focused course for adults living with mental health conditions.
Led by trained peers who’ve been there, this program offers information, connection, and hope. You’ll learn practical tools for wellness, build resilience, and connect with others who truly understand.
🧠 What to Expect:
8 weekly sessions (plus one make-up week if needed for weather)
Free and confidential
Led by peers in recovery
Supportive and non-judgmental environment
Learn about mental health, relationships, coping skills, and personal growth
