This will be a slow, quiet morning designed to help you reset and reconnect. We’ll spend our time mostly in silence, with light, gentle guidance woven throughout. This offering is best suited for those with some meditation experience.
My intention is to create a peaceful pocket of time where we can slow down, settle our nervous systems, and head into the rest of winter feeling grounded and supported.
