Perfect to help you relax, recharge, and find your inner balance—all from the comfort of your own space. Ready to reset gently? This is your moment!
Acupressure: Gentle touch points to support circulation, relieve oncological symptoms such as fatigue, anxiety, neuropathy, insomnia, hot flashes, stress/pain relief.
Sound Healing: Vibrational tools like Tuning forks and much more to harmonize and calm the nervous system and support energetic balance.
Breath work: simple guided breathing to reduce stress, enhance relaxation, and cultivate energy.
Class is facilitated by Jennifer Paniagua, Licensed Acupuncturist & Reiki Master. Jennifer is a licensed acupuncturist and Reiki master dedicated to supporting cancer patients with gentle, integrative care. With specialized training in oncology acupuncture, she blends Traditional Chinese Medicine, esoteric techniques, and sound healing therapies to help ease treatment side effects and restore a sense of calm and inner strength during the cancer journey.
Classes are held in person in the Yablon Resource Room at the Northern Westchester Hospital Cancer Treatment & Wellness Center, 400 East Main St., Mt. Kisco, NY 10549 and virtual via Zoom.
