In-Person Childbirth Preparation Class Community Education

This in-person class prepares expectant families for the birthing experience, and is recommended to be taken during the third trimester. Only one ticket/payment required per couple. Light lunch will be provided. Open to expecting parents in the community.

This class includes:

• An overview of Labor & Delivery
• Signs and symptoms of labor
• Early, active & transitional labor
• Procedures common in Labor & Delivery
• Relaxation & breathing techniques
• Cesarean section
• Pain Medic*tion/epidural management
