Before the busyness of the holiday season begins, come rest in gratitude. This sound bath will uplift your heart and spirit, attuning you to the vibration of appreciation and connection.

Celebrate the simple gifts of presence, breath, and being.

Location: We will be meeting on the 3rd floor in Suite 303. Please use the stairs in the center of the building after entering. (Please note there is no elevator in the building.)
Time: Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. The sound bath will begin promptly at 6:30 PM
What to Bring: Some light comfort is provided, but please bring anything that will help you feel fully supported and comfortable— yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering, bolster, water, etc.
