As the days grow shorter and the nights stretch longer, this sound bath offers a space to turn inward — to meet your shadows with compassion and invite light into the spaces that need it most.

Let the frequencies help you release what feels heavy and rediscover your inner radiance.

Location: We will be meeting on the 3rd floor in Suite 303. Please use the stairs in the center of the building after entering. (Please note there is no elevator in the building.)
Time: Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. The sound bath will begin promptly at 6:30 PM
What to Bring: Some light comfort is provided, but please bring anything that will help you feel fully supported and comfortable— yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering, bolster, water, etc.
