As we move deeper into the season of reflection, this sound journey invites you to ground into presence and awaken your heart to gratitude. Feel the steady rhythm of the Earth beneath you as soothing vibrations guide you home to yourself.

Location: We will be meeting on the 3rd floor in Suite 303. Please use the stairs in the center of the building after entering. (Please note there is no elevator in the building.)

Time: Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. The sound bath will begin promptly at 7:00 PM.

What to Bring: Some light comfort is provided, but please bring anything that will help you feel fully supported and comfortable— yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering, bolster, water, etc.

Space is limited. Registration is required to reserve your spot.
