The Foundation will be held from 10am-3pm each day at Heather's home.

Outside of the Foundation class, you have the possibility to choose a "Creation of Living adventure" - an opportunity to include your body even more in the change occurring in the Foundation class, and dive in to the enjoyment of Colorado, your body, and the joy of being alive!
