Often considered as “The Food Heart of Italy” Emilia-Romagna is a food and wine powerhouse. Known mostly for Lambrusco (though not exclusively) The wines of this region are Incredibly food friendly, steeped in tradition, and truly singular. Join us for a sit down tasting and discussion about various reasons these wines are so special, while also enjoying some snacks of regional specialties (Think Parmigiano, Prosciutto, Balsamico…) on Monday, February 2nd, 5:30-7:00.
