Participate in our group run or proceed at your own pace to achieve your daily training objective.Either way, reconvene with us at the conclusion and enjoy a beverage and great camaraderie and light snacks. Group runs typically cover 3-4 miles at a ~12-minute mile pace, resulting in 30–50 minute runs. Walkers and ruckers are always welcome, the more the merrier~ Cheers, Friends
