1st Course-
Seared gnocchi with roasted butternut squash, fried pine nuts, sage coulis, and red sorrel
Paired with:
“LYTT”; Low ABV spritz style with bitter grapefruit and subtle cinnamon spice.
(Dolin Dry Vermouth, Blanco Tequila, Carbonated Grapefruit & Cinnamon Cordial)
2nd Course-
Reverse butterflied & grilled Atlantic Mackerel, Za’atar blackberry sour sauce, chili oil, roasted lemon, fennel oil
Paired with:
“The Harvest”; Negroni variation with notes of sweet corn, fall Punkin spice, and smoky ancho chili.

3rd Course-
Ube ravioli filled with Grana Padano & Maine lobster, spiced sea beans, sauce cardinal

“Kangaroo Kid”; Ramos Fizz w/ a sweet twist featuring ube (purple sweet potato), banana, and a light floral bouquet.

4th Course-
Apple Spiced Galette with Let’s Get Lost Sweet Whiskey Sauce and Vanilla Allspice Ice Cream
