Join the Chesapeake Mermaid on her 15th Anniversary tour as she brings her enchanting show to The Sea Witch Festival, captivating audiences with tales from the bay and introducing them to her fascinating wildlife companions. For over 35 years, the Sea Witch Festival has been a beloved three-day tradition in the Rehoboth Beach–Dewey Beach resort area. This nationally recognized, award-winning event attracts approximately 200,000 visitors each year. Festival highlights include vibrant costume parades for both people and pets, a wide array of indoor and outdoor vendors, live music, beachside games for kids, and much more!
The Sea Witch Festival will be held from Friday, October 24 through Sunday, October 26, from 9 AM to 5 PM at the Rehoboth Beach Convention Hall, located at 229 Rehoboth Avenue, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971. Our story and activity books will be available for purchase all day Friday in the Mermaid Grotto, located in the Convention Hall Conference Suite. The Chesapeake Mermaid will perform on stage in the Mermaid Grotto at 12:45 PM on Saturday, and at 10:30 AM, 12:00 PM, and 1:30 PM on Sunday. This event is free and open to the public.
