Yoga teachers!

It’s time to reengage, re energize, reorganize, and renew our skills.

Join Evan and Kelly Harris for a full day dedicated to teaching yoga. Connect with fellow yoga teachers, indulge in the opportunity to be a student, and reacquaint yourself with the art of hands-on assists. Expect a led practice session, learning about anatomy, a wisdom talk and meditation, small group time to workshop and network, and training and practice on hands-on assists: type of assists, when, where, how, and why to assist, and techniques for supporting practitioners of all levels. Oh, and snacks!
Session meet at Tapas Rock Island 9a-3p Saturday 8/7, with a one hour lunch break.
Investment- $90.
This session is eligible for 5 continuing education hours with Yoga Alliance.
