Join us at 4:00pm in the second floor Community Room of the Rock Island Public Library for MWC's annual board meeting to review the successes of 2023, the upcoming opportunities of 2024, and the ongoing progress we're making on our current strategic plan. We'll also have readings from contributors to our Shattered Constraints anthology, as well as a limited number of "open mic" spots for anyone who'd like to read at the meeting--bring a poem or a short story to share! We will also have some light snacks.
Attendees of this meeting enter a drawing to win prizes, including MWC Press books and a free tuition to the 2024 Collins Writers' Conference—a $400 value. Hope to see you there!
