Join us on 11/11 for The Exhale: The Forgotten Half of Manifestation — an evening of release, renewal, and embodiment.

Together we’ll move through gentle yoga, Holotropic Breathwork, guided journaling, and a fire release ceremony to let go of what no longer serves and make space for what’s truly meant for you. Set beneath the open sky, this gathering invites deep exhalation — the surrender that creates room for receiving.
Manifestation isn’t just about the inhale — calling things in, reaching for more.
It’s also about the exhale — the sacred art of release.
What to Bring
- Yoga mat or blanket
- Journal and pen
- Water bottle
- Layers for comfort (it may cool down after sunset)
- An open heart and willingness to let go
18+ only. Holotropic- style breathwork can bring up intense emotional and somatic experiences. Not advised for pregnancy or certain medical conditions.
