Join the 1st FREE Women-Led & Women-Oriented Self Defense Program in Las Vegas dedicated to providing the knowledge and tools required to defend Oneself, children, elders, and community members as well as raise your public & personal awareness. This In-Person class will take place every Friday, 6:30PM-8PM @ Nevada Climbing Center.

ALL EXPERIENCE LEVELS AND AGES ARE WELCOMED!
From beginners to experienced students; all are welcomed. All students will learn essential yet simple self-defense techniques that are a combination of Karate, Boxing, Jiu-Jitsu, & MMA. Our instructors will guide you through real life scenarios & exercises.

+ Learn how to better protect yourself in various scenarios
*This class aims to shed light on the pressing public issue of increased domestic abuse, generational trauma, & globalized modern slavery. Through open discussions, personal testimonies, and real life demonstrations & exercises we'll explore the challenges faced by women, children, & other marginalized individuals within this resourceful support group and advocate for our community's safety.

Self Defense Scenario Training
Info: Intro to the use of your body's natural weapons, situational awareness, hands-on scenario training including punches, kicks, and other self-defense techniques stemming from each instructor's background.
